Wallpaper Brand York is Celebrating Earth Day With a New Promotion
Wallpaper connoisseurs and environmentalists, rejoice: York Wallcoverings has partnered with nonprofit organization One Tree Planted for a new initiative ahead of Earth Day on April 22. The wallpaper brand has announced that between Monday, April 19 and Sunday, April 25, one tree will be planted for every order placed on York Wallcoverings. The new initiative is part of the brand’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
Among other practices, York incorporates water-based coatings and paper products made from natural fibers into their products. “As a leader in the wallcoverings category, we take pride in ensuring our materials are sustainably sourced and crafted with eco-friendly inks and dyes,” said DeAnna Hain, executive director of marketing at York. “This year, we wanted to take that a step further with a special promotion for Earth Day.”
