Things we love about this property crush:

Peek-a-boo! The first thing you’ll notice about this beauty of a bungalow is the cut-out peep hole in the handsome wooden door. How fun is that for welcoming all of your new guests?

But the inside is even more of a treat. A flanked partition separates the living and dining spaces, yet the home maintains an open-concept feel. One side is a living room with a massive dark fireplace. The other side is the dining room with bay window seating and built-in wood cabinetry. (We think it would make a killer bar!) Light floods the entire space and it retains its original hardwood flooring.

Walk inside to the kitchen—it’s like you’re inside a magazine. The deep green walls and matching cabinets are unique and funky, yet sophisticated—all at the same time. Open shelving, built-in appliances, and the most gorgeous marble countertops sit upon an island ideal for socializing.

But even more beautiful might be the master bedroom. Hardwood flooring extends into one wood-paneled wall that’s so stunning, it easily doubles as a headboard. There’s enough space for a living area in here, too, and the closet is massive. A sweet, tiny window offers a glimpse into the spa-like master bath. It houses double sinks and a cobalt blue-tiled walk-in shower.

Two more bedrooms round out the home (both with loads of natural light and big closets). One has an en suite bath, and there’s a third bathroom with double sinks and modern claw foot tub.

Step out to the sunny yard—it’s landscaped and lovely. It’s also drought tolerant(!) Plus, there’s a two-car carport to shelter your cars—or your al fresco brunches.
