Kay’s 400 Square Foot DIY StudioName: Kay Rozynski Location: Lower East Side New York, NY I am a design student/amateur designer and this is my studio apartment on the Lower East Side of New York. Just under 400 square feet, I tried to define a clear living, sleeping and dining space without the use of any dividers so I can keep an open and airy flow. I did everything with a very small budget and the bulk of my money was spent on my mattress and down topper.
