It’s not always run-down properties that Chip and Joanna Gaines sink their teeth into. The “Fixer Upper” alums just listed a stunning farmhouse-style property they designed for $624,000, and it’s safe to say that it’ll be snatched up pretty quick. Just built in 2018, the four-bed, four-and-a-half bath home, which measures 3,150 square feet, is located in The Preserve, a subdivision in China Spring, Texas.
