I Finally Found a Mattress That Gives Me a Cool, Comfortable Sleep (It’s on Major Sale!)

As much as the next person, I value my sleep. I’m not over here bragging about how I can run on two hours of sleep and be fine. No, I’m not one of those people (although I can be if I need to, just to throw it out there!). Eight hours of sleep a night is perfect for me, but there are a couple of things that can disrupt my perfect night’s rest: sleeping hot and motion. I hate admitting that I’m a hot sleeper, but sometimes the truth isn’t pretty, and this is something I know a lot of people struggle with. It doesn’t matter how little or how much I wear to bed or what bedding I have (although some options are more breathable than others) — I always sleep hot.

But what if I told you there was a mattress so comfortable that it puts me to sleep — and keeps me asleep — no matter how hot my body gets or who sleeps beside me? I opted for the Series Two with a medium feel, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The first thing that caught my attention was the mattress’ incredible thickness — 15.5 inches! We jokingly call it my “princess bed,” and thankfully my sheets still fit perfectly. But it wasn’t the size that won me over; the moment I sat down, I was hooked. The gel memory foam immediately contoured to my body, while the triple-stranded pocketed technology absorbed any motion transfer. I could bounce on one side, and the other side wouldn’t budge an inch. It’s ideal for light sleepers who share a bed — you won’t even notice someone else is there unless you reach out and touch them! 

The real magic, though, came during my first night’s sleep. The mattress conformed to every curve, offering a level of support that led to the most restful sleep. While it didn’t completely stop me from sweating, I’ve noticed a significant improvement — I’m no longer waking up in a puddle, just a slight dampness on my skin (which, believe me, is a huge win). The blend of support and cooling has consistently delivered an A+ night’s sleep, night after night.

Sleeping on this mattress is a dream, and it consistently gets rave reviews from anyone who spends the night (although I have to admit, I practically insist they sleep in my bed with me). The mattress was delivered with white-glove service — no box involved. Thankfully, the delivery team had no trouble getting it up my stairs. Because of this, there was no downtime waiting for the foam to inflate. I simply placed it on my base and was ready to enjoy it right away.

As I mentioned earlier, it’s dubbed my “princess bed” for good reason — it sits high, like a throne, and offers supreme comfort. I feel so elevated above the ground in this bed, and I hadn’t realized how much I needed that until I settled in for a night’s sleep. I can’t believe I spent all these years sleeping so close to the floor! My favorite part is how it contours to my body and doesn’t transfer motion. With my last bed, I could always tell when someone else was sleeping in it with me, but with this one I completely forget. I doze off into a long, uninterrupted night’s sleep — no matter what.

Keep in mind that this mattress comes in multiple Series to choose from — four, to be exact — and each one comes with a jump in price. Pay attention to the specific features of each Series and the thickness level you desire; typically, the higher the Series, the thicker the mattress. I personally love the thickness of my Series Two, but it definitely wouldn’t fit all standard sheets, so that’s an important detail to consider. Another thing to note is that you’ll need a box spring. If you don’t have one, be sure to factor that into the overall price.

I’d say that no matter what kind of sleeper you are, there’s a version of this mattress designed to fit your needs. In addition to choosing a series, you can select the feel of your mattress — extra firm, medium, pillow top, firm, and more — so there are plenty of options to suit your preferences. It’s an investment, so be sure to do your research before buying!
