This 1950’s suburban ranch house needed a major upgrade so architect Bradley Edwards stepped in and turned dated to darling. Wait until you see it.
The overhaul included: a kitchen makeover, a screened porch and entry vestibule, and a new upper level with an informal living “nest,” outdoor terrace and master suite.
The existing brick got a color change and the rest of the exterior is clad in common corrugated metal siding. Passive house techniques (energy saving measures) mean that, even though the square footage was doubled, the utility bills remained at the pre-addition cost!

Thank you!
