Before & After: This Petite Powder Room Gets Prettified on a Budget

We’ll forgive Christina for her blurry “before” snap because we’re so excited to show off her results. Her little powder room is only 3 feet by 6 feet so it was a tricky room to work in, but just look at all that great potential.

The narrow room looks so much bigger and brighter with the white walls, grey tile and new rustic-chic details.

Here’s how it all came together on a major budget:

We were able to do the whole remodel for around $500 because it was 100% DIY. The vanity was built from reclaimed fence posts, and we built a wall cubby with one of the wood scraps. The sink was made from a serving bowl, and for the faucet, we chose a kitchen model, because they are taller and cheaper than those made for vessel sinks. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
