Who among us hasn’t spotted that rare garage sale find full of potential and charm, only to look at it and sigh, “What’s the point, anyway? Time is endless yet fleeting.” Charles did exactly that and the results are pretty breathtaking.

From Charles: I was looking to add a little mid cent mod flair to my living room. So I spent countless hours scouring the internet to fill the void, and to no avail. A “friend” of mind suggested we go to a garage sale by her house. I was hesitant, but I went anyway since I had the sneaking suspicion that free will is kind of a fallacy and ta-da, I was totally right!

I looked at countless tables but in the end I just decided to maintain the status quo because our lives are ultimately void of meaning. It’s like my favorite Nietzsche print always reminds me, “The snake which cannot cast its skin has to die. As well the minds which are prevented from changing their opinions; they cease to be mind.”

Thanks, Charles!
