The good eyes over at Mignonne Decor were able to overlook the 90s sitcom floral pattern of this chaise and see it for its true potential. They not only re upholstered this bad boy, they used a total unique mix of textiles to do so!

From Johnelle: Mignonne Decor is a furniture and design shop based in Berkeley CA. We specialize in transforming the old and unwanted into fun and funky statement pieces! We reupholster, re-stain, repaint and repair, all in house. For this particular project we found a “contemporary” chaise lounge with some dated floral fabric. We decided to ditch the skirt and expose the legs. Then we reupholstered with vintage Kilim textile, vintage hudson bay blanket (off-white) and some denim cotton around the exterior (with reverse denim as the piping). We love this new piece and it is now on our show room floor and website.

Thank you, Johnelle and Mignonne Decor!
