From Erin: The old bathroom was basic and old. Because I had a small space to work with, I wanted to make a statement in my bathroom. I removed the old cast-iron tub and opted for floor-to-ceiling oversized subway tile to draw the eye up and brighten the windowless space. After living with bathroom cabinets for the majority of my life, I wanted to have a drawer system for this bathroom with hopes that it would force me to be more organized. The drawer system is from IKEA. I had the black walnut top and legs built by a local Denver woodworking artist. The wood really helps to soften the space. My new bathroom feels like an oasis, even in limited space.

Thank you, Erin! And you can check out Erin’s kitchen makeover here.
