From Cori:
My apartment came with a separate tub and a tiny, dark shower stall. It had been upgraded to white tiles at some point, but they’d left the tub its original peach. My original plan was to reenamel the tub and convert it to a shower, but my contractor talked me into doing much more extensive renovations. I’m glad he did. I was originally going to do the minimum to make the bathroom not feel gross, but now it’s a room I really love.He re-tiled the floor and around the tub.
He converted the tub to a tub/shower and installed high glass doors on two sides.
He converted the original shower stall into a closet.
He made a custom medicine cabinet so we could have a larger mirror.
He installed bead board over the rest of the tiles, with a slightly wider ledge around the sink.
Thank you Cori!
