This $15 Amazon Find Declutters Your Kitchen Sink in Seconds

When I moved last summer I decided that a kitchen with no dishwasher wouldn’t be the end of the world. (It often comes with the territory when you live in Manhattan, but I’d lucked out with a dishwasher in every other apartment I’ve ever rented.) Little did I know how much I’d come to dread cleaning dishes by hand. Almost a year in, and it’s still such a hassle. If you have a little extra counter space to spare, insert the metal sponge holder on the surface instead and use the dispenser on its own. Regardless, the area around your sink will look more put-together, and more importantly, washing dishes won’t be nearly as messy and strenuous.
