A designer known for creating funky fashions and cartwheeling down the catwalk now has all eyes on her for yet another colorful reason: Betsy Johnson recently listed her Malibu home for $1,950,000.

The designer purchased the pink residence in Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park after moving from New York to LA in 2016 and has since customized it entirely, a project which gave the space with the same free-spirited, animated aesthetic as the owner’s high-end garbs and eclectic personal fashions.

While there’s no square footage listed, the whimsical dwelling has two bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms.  Johnson dubbed the double-sized master suite “The Yellow Room,” due to its monochrome interior. Clerestory windows and skylights in the living room invite plenty of natural light to illuminate the space. The home also has built-in cabinets and shelves, tongue and groove ceilings and wooden flooring throughout.

The exterior is just as fun as the interior, thanks to its multiple entertaining areas, which include an outdoor shower and soaking tub, a covered deck, an outdoor dining room and a private garden. Of the beachy property, Johnson told PEOPLE, I would like people to think of this as a funny little museum.”

Fortunately, the perks don’t stop there. According to the listing, the mobile home park offers “24-hour guard-gated entry, a community tennis court and clubhouse, and access to one of the world’s most celebrated beaches,” which may explain why the homeowner’s association fees are in excess of $2,000 a month.

The home is listed with Ren Smith of Compass.

We honestly can’t imagine anyone having a bad day living in this home, but a new buyer in the near future will certainly have the chance to put this pad to the test.
