Last year, HGTV shelled out $3.5 million to get its hands on a nostalgic piece of famous TV real estate, but here’s another opportunity to live in another “Brady Bunch” house – as a tenant.

Located in Studio City, the owners are looking to rent the property for $12,500 a month. Fans of the popular ’70s sitcom know the Fryman Canyon Estates residence as the home Mike Brady shared with his three sons before uniting with Carol and her three very lovely girls.

The single-level home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is situated on a 4,016-square-foot lot that borders Wilacre Park. Designed by Paul Williams and Howard Frank in the early ’60s, the mid-century modern residence has an open floor plan accentuated by skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows. The large kitchen boasts plenty of granite countertop space as well as Sub-zero and Miele appliances. The master suite has its own dressing area, a walk-in closet and double vanities. Closet and storage space are aplenty in the home, which is equipped with various hidden, built-in compartments. The house also has two fireplaces. Out back, the yard offers maximum privacy, allowing for guests to take discreet dips in the heated swimming pool.

As Realtor.com points out, the “other” Brady home still belongs to its original owners. Apparently, the property has been kept in great condition over the years and has served as a rental for more than a decade.

Now all that’s left to do is sit back and wait and see if the fight to lease 12049 Iredell St. is as intense as the battle to buy the other Brady Bunch house. Before HGTV snatched it up (at more than twice the asking price!) to renovate it for a new show, the home had the interest of eight potential buyers, including former N*SYNC member Lance Bass.
