These Clever Magnetic Containers Have Become Staples in My Pantry

When you’re a big fan of decanting pantry staples (like me!), you want to make sure you have a suitable container that’s durable and airtight to prevent food from going bad and bugs from getting in. Bonus points if you can find one that looks good too — especially if you want it on display in your kitchen!

Fortunately, I’ve discovered an incredible line of storage containers that are not only super durable, but also super cute. Meet Cliik containers, which were awarded best Kitchen Storage Containers in our 2024 Organization Awards. Keep reading to find out why they won.

Cliik is a new brand of containers with a patented magnetic stackable system. The containers are made of shatter-proof Tritan plastic and are BPA- and BPS-free, as well as FDA-approved for kids. They are also safe to put in the fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, and are heat-resistant up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit (just don’t put them in the microwave or oven!).

Each of the container lids have magnets placed around the edges and on the top so you can easily stack and store them from top to bottom or even left to right. It also has a custom magnetic labeling system that you can swap out whenever you want (with a bundle of pre-made labels included with your purchase).

Cliik containers are available in retro-inspired colors, including groovy green, funky orange, and a neutral off-white. The sizes include small, medium, and large, and quantities can be purchased in three-, six-, or nine-packs. There’s also a family variety pack where you get one of each size.

I thought the color options were so playful. If you like to display your containers, the bright orange or green would be so fun while the off-white is a classic choice. 

The ability to stack these containers with magnets is ingenious — and made it easy to store them inside my pantry. The custom magnetic labeling system was a great addition as well. Instead of having to pull out a label maker or a Sharpie and some tape, there’s a pack of ready-made labels included that you can pop onto the container.

I’ve been using my Cliik containers for storing my morning essentials like ground coffee, matcha powder, and oats. But I can see it being used for so much more in my kitchen. From dry goods in the pantry to spices that’ll sit on top the counter to frozen items kept in the freezer, the possibilities are endless.
