I’ve Tested Tons of Cooling Bedding This Summer, and This Pick Was Hands-Down the Best

I’ve learned that in New York City, sometimes your AC doesn’t quite cut it. Either it’s not powerful enough to cover the entire apartment, or it gets too expensive to run 24/7. I can usually put up with the stuffiness during the day, but it gets worse at night, when I’m sleeping. The solution, you might think, is kicking off the top layer of my bedding. However, I can’t seem to drift off unless I have a cozy blanket or comforter to wrap up in.

I’ve tested quite a few sheets this summer that’ve made a major difference in my quality of sleep, but there’s one piece that made an even greater impact than all of the rest. I should’ve known that a cooling blanket was the item my bed was missing.
