If you frequent Etsy often, you’ll quickly learn that there is a community of people maneuvering through the site to get their hands on vintage Tupperware. Some find solace in their unique colorways; others have a deep admiration for nostalgic pieces for their sentimental value. The only problem? These old-school storage containers can get pretty pricey. Recently, Costco announced the launch of a vintage Tupperware set that will satisfy your shopping desires.

Costco’s newly stocked Tupperware collection gleans inspiration from storage containers released in the 1970s and 1980s. They come in retro hues like pink, yellow, and blue and nostalgic white sunburst lids. A pack of 32 pieces, including different-size bowls and canisters, costs $79.99. If you don’t live near a Costco, you can purchase a similar set on Amazon. The Amazon version has more pieces in slightly different shapes but has the same beautiful pastel colors.

Shoppers cannot wait to get their hands on a pack. One person commented on the post — which racked up nearly 5 million views — detailing the drop, saying, “They look like my grandma’s Tupperware back in the day.” Another user mentioned, “I love those cute retro pastel color Tupperware containers. They’re so nice and perfect to store food!”

Other shoppers wish the brand released a more realistic vintage colorway. One person commented on the post, “I grew up in the ’80s, and I don’t remember those colors at all! Where is the brown? Where is the orange?”

Whether you love this new Costco drop or not, it’s going viral on social media. On TikTok, you’ll see shoppers racing to the stores to get their hands on a pack.

So, if you’ve been eying this nostalgic set, you may want to visit your nearest location as soon as possible to snag a pack before it sells out. They’ll add the most adorable and nostalgic touch to your kitchen.
