Interior designer Emily Henderson is no stranger to sharing snippets of her signature vintage-inspired style, whether that’s via Instagram home project reveals or her decorating guidebook. Now, though, fans can officially take it one step further with her first ever product collaboration: rugs.

That’s right, the Portland, Oregon based expert teamed up with editor-favorite brand Rugs USA on a 20-piece exclusive collection, starting at $100. Sizes range from 3′ x 5′ to an 8′ runner, so there’s something to accomodate just about every space. That’s also due in part to the rug designs themselves — each blends classic and cool for the ultimate pair-with-anything keepsake pieces. Henderson drew inspiration from the Scandinavian farmhouse aesthetic, but with her own twists: think bold shades (lots of blue) and alluring geometric motifs.

“I love things that are simple but special — it’s one of my design philosophies that I say over and over,” Henderson explains in a press release. “Not everything has to be loud or graphic or busy. I kept that in mind when designing this collection: I wanted the rugs to be really, really versatile. These rugs are so transitional, they work everywhere.”

Count on durability, comfort, and quality, too: the line features a mix of materials, from wool flatweaves to cotton-blend tufted accents. I picked out a few of my favorites from the Emily Henderson x Rugs USA collaboration below, so you can bring home these built-to-last, designer-approved touches ASAP.

If you love jute rugs but want a little more pizzaz, look no further than the Oberlin design. A series of white stripes introduce eye-catching contrast for a sophisticated yet fun patterned accent. Best of all, the light, two-tone coloring styles well with any design scheme.

Channel the checkerboard trend — albeit with a more timeless twist — courtesy of this clean-lined, blue-hued rug. The palette still feels somewhat neutral and subdued, especially with added pops of gold along the edges. It’s handmade with 100 percent wool for total underfoot comfort, too.

Another fresh take on jute, the multi-texture Hillcrest rug is mixed with wool to create chic shapes — I especially love the half-hexagon accents on the top and bottom. It also comes in a 2'6" by 8' runner for a high-traffic-approved hallway or kitchen accessory.

Proof that gray decor doesn't have to be boring, the Eugene rug’s abstract design combines various monochromatic shades into one contemporary-looking wool piece.

The closer you look at this Merrick tasseled rug, the more detail you’ll notice — each low-pile stripe has its own subtle black-and-white pattern as an added textural touch. Made from cotton, polyester, and wool, it’s perfect for layering under bedroom or living room furniture from a looks and coziness standpoint.
