Just when I think I’m content with how my apartment looks, I decide something needs rearranging. It’s like a fun game of trial and error that may or may not yield good results. Moving furniture is annoying, so I typically play around with the placement of lamps, stacks of books, flower vases, and other small items until I find a setup that’s more convenient and comfortable than before for day-to-day life.

If you also frequently become restless with your home’s aesthetic and you haven’t yet gotten a portable table lamp, it’s going to be a game-changer for you. A previous roommate of mine had one, and it was almost like an exciting challenge to guess where in the apartment it would be every time I came home.

For stylish and budget-friendly lamp options, you should check out Marshalls’ website. That’s where I found this bow-accented lamp, which looks a lot like one from HomeGoods that Charli, Apartment Therapy’s editor-in-chief, saw recently. In fact, the lamps were so popular when Charli was at HomeGoods that “shoppers were getting feisty over them,” she says.

What Is the Enchante Rechargeable Bow Table Lamp?

The first thing you’ll notice is the lamp’s ultra-cute design, especially its eye-catching white bow. This detail falls into the coquette style that’s been super popular, so it’s an easy way to make your desktop feel current. The bow matches the lamp’s fluted white shade and pops nicely against the brass stem and vase.

As for its functionality, it could not be more convenient. Because it’s rechargeable, it doesn’t have a cord, so you don’t have to worry about finding an outlet for it or hiding an ugly cable. Instead, the lamp comes with a USB-C charging cable that you can use to charge it. The product page doesn’t list the battery life or charging time of the lamp, but many portable lamps can last up to eight or even 10 hours between overnight charges.

Additionally, this product is touch-controlled and has three lighting modes. Plus, it’s dimmable.

Why You’ll Love the Enchante Rechargeable Bow Table Lamp

In addition to its sleek, cordless appearance, this Marshalls lamp is great because it provides ample light without taking up a lot of space. At 11 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide, it can go almost anywhere, from your desk to your bookshelf to your bedside table. You can adjust its brightness based on what you’re doing. So, if you’re reading, you can touch the lamp until it reaches its highest brightness setting and then dim it once you’re done for soft ambient lighting.

At $17, the lamp is also a steal and almost guaranteed to sell fast. Be sure to grab one for your entryway table or dresser; you might even buy two for both nightstands or two different spots in your living room, like a shelf and side table. The placement options are endless, which is definitely a selling point for me.
