The Stars of HGTV’s “Home Town” Just Launched an “Heirloom” Lighting Collection
Erin and Ben Napier bring their town of Laurel, Mississippi, back to life one house at a time in their HGTV show Home Town — and now you can bring the Napier touch into your own home. Known for their refreshing designs inspired by Southern motifs and tradition, the Napiers got together with lighting and home decor company Shades of Light to design a lighting collection that fits their timeless aesthetic.
“This stunning new collection of heirloom lights is designed to bring timeless elegance, Southern hospitality, and character to your home,” the caption of a Shades of Light Instagram post reads. “Each beautifully crafted fixture combines classic design with modern functionality. Designed and assembled in Virginia, every piece reflects Erin and Ben’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and enduring beauty.”
Pieces in the collection are named after historical locations and families in Laurel, and you may have already seen a few of the new pieces in recent Home Town makeovers.
The Gardiner Schoolhouse Ceiling Light, for example, made an appearance in the finished kitchen of the Unlimited Dreams Christian Learning Center.
You can grab this as a single light fixture or as a chandelier, which comes with two glass shades.
The more rustic Deco Light also guest starred in the same episode. This fixture comes in both black and antique brass, and can be seen as either vintage or modern depending on its surroundings.
The collection also includes bathroom sconces, vanity lights, and an outdoor “barn light” that can be mounted to any exterior wall to warm up a porch or patio. All of them have that lived-in, historic feel the Napiers love to lean into when working on their design projects.
