Not to toot my own horn, but I know a thing or two about making the most of the space I’ve got.

After moving out of my childhood home, I spent the last three years in a shared dorm followed by an apartment where the bathroom is bigger than the kitchen. Storage space is a hot commodity for my roommate and me, especially since we both embrace a maximalist lifestyle

We love splattering our personalities around the place we call home, but with the little space we have, it’s important to be strategic and maximize every inch of each room.

That being said, I’m not willing to jeopardize my aesthetic. Functional and fun storage solutions are hard to come by, and that’s why I was so excited to see these door hooks from Five Below.

How to Use Door Hooks to Organize Your Space

These petite hooks (they’re just 4.5 inches long) are ideal for bags, robes, and towels, and they simply hook over the top of a door or cabinet, meaning you don’t have to mess with the nails or tape that other hanging devices require.

They’re also only $3 for a pack of three, leaving you plenty of funds to spend on wall art and iced lattes instead of organizational devices.

Coming in three different styles — clear, clear with black bows, or clear with gold flecks — they ensure that your personality is reflected in every inch of your space. The see-through finish means they’ll blend in well with your existing paint or cabinet colors, too.

You don’t have to use these just for bonus closet space, either. Hook them to the side of your bed to keep your chargers organized or add them on a kitchen cabinet as a place to keep your keys.

Regardless of the size of your place, over the door hooks can open up endless storage possibilities — and allow you to spread your personality throughout your whole space.
