Calling all “Fixer Upper” superfans: Chip and Joanna Gaines are back! Magnolia Network, the couple’s upcoming TV network, debuted a new trailer for the highly-anticipated “Fixer Upper” reboot, “Fixer Upper: Welcome Home,” earlier this week. The first four episodes will air on Discovery+ beginning on Friday, Jan. 29 with new episodes weekly prior to the official launch of Magnolia Network, coming sometime this year.

The Gaines’ signature banter, Chip’s unbridled love for demo day, and, of course, inspiring reveals are front and center in the new trailer. “Demo day is one of [those] things that never gets old,” Chip says in the clip, later telling his wife, “When you talk about demo, I mean, that is a turn on.” Joanna, accompanied by her signature eye roll, then replies, “Oh, gosh.” Oh, how we’ve missed them.

The rebooted season will follow Chip and Jo as they help transform a long-abandoned home for a newlywed couple, update a classic mid-century home for a young professional, redesign a local shelter for girls, and bring a 1950s home into the new millennium for a first-time homeowner—among many more inspiring reveals.

“Fixer Upper: Welcome Home” comes three years after the Gaineses said goodbye to the original “Fixer Upper” on HGTV, which ran for five seasons between 2013 and 2018. Along with the reboot, “Magnolia Table With Joanna Gaines,” Jo’s new cooking series, “The Courage to Run with Chip Gaines and Gabe Grunewald,” Chip’s documentary special with professional runner and rare cancer fighter Gabe Grunewald, and “Magnolia Network: A Look Ahead,” Chip and Jo’s preview of their upcoming TV network, will also air exclusively on Discovery+ once the new streaming service launches on Monday, Jan. 4.
