If you’re looking to make a great first impression on your house guests, start with the first thing they see — the front door. Luckily, Hilary Duff just provided a lot of color inspiration for a potential front door redo.

On May 25, Duff posted an Instagram photo posing in front of her bright pink front door, reminding her followers of how great the color choice is. The vibrant paint job was executed by interior designers Shannon Wollack and Brittany Zwickl of Studio Life/Style during Duff’s most recent remodel of her Beverly Hills home.

In 2020, Duff told Architectural Digest, “I painted my front door this beautiful blush color,” noting she was ready to get rid of some of the dark colors she had initially chosen years prior.

Perhaps the coolest part of the color choice? Depending on the lighting, the door hue can change from a warm peachy color to a light millennial tone, as pictured in the shot above from Studio Life/Style. As if you needed proof that millennial pink still rocks.

If you’re looking to copy Duff’s front door color, you may want to try out Farrow & Ball’s Nancy’s Blushes. It’s the brand’s truest pink that can read warm and powdery when paired with soft whites, or go graphic when contrasted with dark colors like Duff’s navy exterior paint.

Or, check out Benjamin Moore’s Coral Reef if you’re into the idea of a warmer, peachy color that’s truer to Duff’s most recent Instagram.

And if you’re really feeling brave, Pink Popsicle by Benjamin Moore will absolutely have the neighbors talking. This shade is a bold pink that may just be the prime example of a statement color.

Needless to say, all of the above pink shades would absolutely be Lizzie McGuire-approved.
