1. A pizza oven

“In quarantine last year, I perfected my sourdough bread making, so this year I’ve been tackling my pizza making. The biggest thing on my wishlist this year is an Ooni pizza oven.” —Instagrammer Chelsea Coulston of Making Home Base

2. Original artwork

“I’m currently loving an incredible abstract artist out of Louisiana, Erin Lato. I own a few
of Lato’s beautiful pieces now and can’t wait to add more to my collection. She’ll forever be on my holiday wishlist!” —Designer Brandi Wilkins, founder of Three Luxe Nine Interiors

3. Coffee table books, candles, and coupons

“All I want this year is coffee table books, beeswax candles, and babysitting coupons from my family! I’m excited for the new Lauren Liess book, but I also have been wanting some more traditional design books and some more maximalist British-style ones. As for the candles, I’ve decided I only want to do beeswax moving forward for indoor air quality and environmental reasons.” —Instagrammer and blogger Suzannah Stanley of Create/Enjoy

4. Kitchen gadgets like ice molds

“This ice mold allows you to decorate with your favorite fruit while keeping your beverage chilled. Yay for style and function!” —Designer Nichole Samuel, owner and principal of Goddess Interiors

5. Candles

” One can never have too many candles. This particular [Maison Louis Marie] scent reminds me of my home in India, where tuberose and jasmine bloom in October, marking the onset of the festive season.” —Designer Pallavi Kale, founder of Pallavi Kale Interiors

6. A statement tea kettle

“I’ve been coveting the Alessi Il Conico tea kettle designed by Aldo Rossi since I was a child — my grandparents had this kettle at their fabulously ’80s-tastic apartment in Miami, which had floor to ceiling mirrored walls in every room. My grandmother treated it as her ‘decorative’ kettle and kept a more functional one in the pantry. Perhaps this was because the stainless steel handle conducts heat, but for the sake of style, I’m willing to go the extra mile and protect my hands with a tea towel. Rossi is known for his postmodern designs, but when I look at Il Conico, I’m first reminded of the costumes in Oskar Schlemmer’s ballet at the Bauhaus.” —Designer Tara McCauley

7. Tools

“I’ve been asking for tools, tools, tools since I started DIYing/woodworking almost a year and a half ago now. If you have a  DIYer/woodworker in your life, think about getting them beginner tools this holiday season. A beginner DIYer would appreciate receiving a drill/impact driver set, orbital sander, brad nailer, and drill bit set to start their journey!” Instagrammer Nada Taha of One Forty Four

8. A quirky vase or bust and linens galore (plus, a new suitcase and book)

“On my wishlist this year is the bubble vase from the Lemieux et Cie collection for Anthropologie, the stonewashed cotton quilt set from Quince, dish towels from Le Jacquard Français, a Paravel carry-on suitcase, the “Inviting Interiors” coffee table book, and a vintage bust statue.” —Designer Kevin O’Gara of Kevin Francis Design

9. Throw pillows

“I never understood until I bought a house how a throw pillow (or let’s be honest… multiple throw pillows) can add so much warmth and coziness to a living room or bedroom. Now I’m constantly looking for throw pillows to change out every season, and Amber Lewis always has the best textiles with beautiful patterns like this one.” —Instagrammer Krishna Shah of Making Haven

“Wishlist items include: vintage oil paintings (always), thrifted gold candlesticks, a round or oval carved gilt wood mirror, and a pebble ice machine!” —Instagrammer Hannah Hamburger of Hamb Home

12. Furniture and a turntable

“On my wishlist is a round marble or parchment coffee table, a new turntable for my dance parties, and a sofa my cats can’t bury their claws into.” —Designer Joy Moyler

13. A zingy-hued quilt

“A throw blanket is always great this time of year or year-round! I would use this one at the foot of a bed or as a throw on the sofa. The chartreuse color is my favorite!” —Designer Whitney Durham

14. A juicer, barware, a bar cart, and a blanket

“Some of my must haves for this holiday season are a new cozy blanket, a new barware set to prepare for those intimate holiday gatherings, a cute and chic bar cart, a Nama Cold Press Juicer Vitality 5800, and a plush white robe!” —Designer Kris J. of Kurated by Kris

15. New Sheets

“What I’d like is a set of Egyptian cotton sheets — at least 1,000 thread count. After working long hours, being able to climb into bed knowing these sheets will provide the ultimate in comfort at end the day would be a truly special treat.” —Suzan Wemlinger, principal interior designer and creative director at Suzan J. Designs

16. Friendship lamps

“I immediately loved the concept of friendship lamps, which allow you to keep in touch with your family and friends no matter where they live in the world. I’m going to use this lamp set with my five-year-old son when he’s at his dad’s home so we can always stay connected.” —Designer Habiba Koroma, principal at Biba K Design

17. A cozy throw

“A fabulous throw blanket is the gift that keeps on giving — it’s basically like giving someone an infinite number of warm, cozy hugs! I’m especially fond of the tasseled Moroccan throws in my recently launched collection with Bente Vintage. Each one is handwoven by women in the Atlas Mountains using ancient fibercraft techniques, and the stripes add a chic touch of pattern to every style of decor. Plus, feast your eyes on those oversized tassels! The throws come in two colors and look gorgeous draped over the sofa or at the foot of a bed. They really will thrill anyone on your shopping list!” —Content Creator Anne Sage

It’s pure luxury and comfort for me.” —Designer Cherline Shea, founder of Shea and Company Design Studio
