If you missed out on the Urban Outfitters tomato lamp that went viral in 2023, now’s your chance for redemption. Tomato lamps have begun popping up at HomeGoods across the country — and because you never know what you’re going to find when you step into a HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, or Marshalls, this piece has become the new white whale (similar to the viral cherry lamp) to search for while browsing the aisles.

The Tomato Lamp at HomeGoods Has People on the Hunt

As mentioned, this new lamp is super similar to the one Urban Outfitters sold, but the HomeGoods version comes on a brass base and has a clear cord. When you turn it on, the red glass glows to create a fun pop of color that works perfectly for mood lighting or even as a nightlight.

And according to those who have found it, the lamp is just $25! This is an amazing steal compared to the $99 Urban Outfitters lamp, as it’s about a third of the price and just as cute.

The collective hunt for the lamp itself is picking up steam on TikTok. TikTok user Stefanie Lewis has been searching her local stores for the lamp for a few days now, and taking her followers along for the ride. And some people have even been dropping hints for her and other users in the comments.

“I saw the tomato lamp at my store, and it was on an end cap in a random area by the pots and pans,” one person wrote. Another commenter said that they actually found theirs at Marshalls rather than HomeGoods.

If you love the look of the tomato lamp but aren’t having much luck finding it at your local store, you can always pick up a similar style from Amazon. This version has a dimmer switch and a non-skid mat that keeps the tomato in place.

The next time you’re at HomeGoods, keep your eyes peeled. You may just come across the it item everyone’s clamoring for.
