Name: Patricia, son and bunny (named Tim!)
Location: Valencia, Spain
Size: 1291 square feet
Years lived in: 1 year, owned

Patricia’s favorite color is turquoise. She loves it so much she filled her home with it, and the hue works perfectly with the beautiful light coming from windows. She’s a creative woman in love with crafts, and she traded in a previous career for her real passion; she created Saladas, a beautiful jewelry store inspired by the Mediterranean way of living.

The Mediterranean lifestyle is the way she loves to live and that’s why her home is joyful and relaxing. She shares the space with a kid and a rabbit, and that adds to the easygoing feel of the home.

Apartment Therapy Survey:

Our Style: Simple, feminine, retro, cozy.

Inspiration: I grew up by the beach. On the Mediterranean coast, I love nature, the sea and salty sand. I just love the sea, the beach… That’s why my place needed to be a place where I could feel all of that.

Favorite Element: The light!

Biggest Challenge: Keep the house clean and tidy with a little boy and a rabbit around!

What Friends Say: This is so you.

Biggest Embarrassment: Doesn’t have a balcony.

Proudest DIY: I’m very handy, that’s why I’m really proud of lot of things I’ve made by myself. Like some furniture I restored on my own.

Biggest Indulgence: Being around all the historic furniture I’ve restore.

Best Advice: Try always to keep the house clean and in order to look more beautiful.

Dream Sources: I don’t have a lot of big brands in mind. I like simplicity, history and things with something special.
