If you live in a small space, it’s understandable not to want to go all out on holiday decorating. Sometimes, all of the bits, bobs, and flashes of vibrant color can overwhelm an already crowded home. But if you’re finding this relatable, you’re in luck. IKEA has a solution. The Swedish megastore is selling a tiny, cute find for under $2 that’ll definitely add whimsical cheer to your space.

What Is the VINTERFINT Artificial Potted Plant?

The VINTERFINT potted tree stands just over six inches tall and comes in an adorable white pot that will fit in with any aesthetic. It looks realistic (similar to this $20 IKEA tree), but is totally needle-free and requires no maintenance. Just place it on a table or windowsill, decorate with any small ornaments, and you’re ready for the season.

“Ideal for decorating small spaces,” one IKEA reviewer wrote. Another said, “Perfect little piece for a home decor planter that adds colour to a small space.”

This artificial tree would also be fun to bring into work to decorate your desk, or give as a teacher gift before the holiday break. You could even put it in a planter box outside, as another reviewer suggested.

If you’re looking for something a bit taller than six inches, check out this faux Kurt Adler tree from Amazon. It stands at just a foot tall and comes in a burlap sack. It looks a bit more like a traditional tree and gives you more decorating space without taking up much more room than the IKEA version. And reviewers say it’s “the cutest little tree.”

Even though space may be limited, you can still partake in all your favorite holiday traditions. Pick up this mini tree from IKEA, and you can have the Christmas tree experience without sacrificing valuable floor or table space!
