This Is the Only Rug Brand I Want to Shop (It’s Perfect for Every Room!)
Area rugs can instantly transform a room. They’re total design chameleons, and depending on the style, size, color, and placement in your space, they can really make a statement. But shopping for a unicorn of a rug can be especially tricky given, well, style, size, color, and placement.
The founders of Revival Rugs, a favorite direct-to-consumer rug brand, agree wholeheartedly with this. In fact, they based their whole company around the power of a really great rug and helping you find it on the first try.

What Is Revival Rugs?
If you’ve always wanted a Moroccan or Turkish rug, but without the long plane flight, Revival Rugs is your best bet. The brand was founded in 2017 with the promise of beautifully woven, unique rugs that were easy to shop, but didn’t cost a month’s rent.
The brand sources both new and vintage rugs from local artisans in Turkey, India, and Morocco, and the vintage rugs are truly one of a kind — both in terms of their beauty, as well as the actual inventory itself.
Dozens of their rug styles are also washable (like this editor-loved Gambit style) so you don’t have to compromise between washability and aesthetics.
Revival also has filters that let you shop by style or size, as well as tons of helpful shopping advice to help you find the best rug for your space. We’ve also written extensively about shopping for rugs because we’ve also been there — shopping for a rug is hard!
Beyond rugs, Revival has a section of accessories like throw pillows and bedding so you can decorate the rest of your space with the same aesthetic.
Are rugs from Revival Rugs expensive?
Most of Revival’s rugs start at $99 for a 2×3-foot rug and increase depending on size, materials, and pattern. The most expensive — usually largest rugs or vintage rugs — can get into the $5,000-plus range. However, the majority of styles are available in a variety of sizes, so you can definitely shop by budget or size as needed.
Does Revival Rugs have stores?
No, Revival Rugs is solely an online retailer. By cutting out a few steps of the traditional brick-and-mortar retail model, their rugs can be considerably less expensive — though you’ll still be spending a pretty penny for the quality.
Does Revival Rugs deliver?
Revival Rugs is mindful about the shipping process, so they will roll or fold rugs whenever possible, and usually depending on the size. When Shopping Editorial Director Jada Wong got a 9×12-foot Magnus rug, it arrived folded in a box instead of a comically large mailing tube. Most rugs can be folded without long-term creases, but the select few that cannot be folded will be packed accordingly to prevent damage.
If you’re within the contiguous U.S., shipping is free on all orders with the exception of furniture and lighting. Currently, Revival Rugs isn’t shipping to or within Alaska or Hawaii, but we hope they expand soon!
Does Revival Rugs have sales?
Revival Rugs has a few seasonal sales throughout the year. Currently, the brand is running a Labor Day deal now through Sept. 8 where you can buy any rug and get the second rug 50% off with the code RUGBOGO. The deal excludes rug pads and the discount applies to the lower-priced item.
Is Revival Rugs worth it?
Several Apartment Therapy editors own rugs from Revival (some even have multiple rugs from the brand) so all things point to yes, Revival Rugs is worth it. The rugs are definitely an investment (especially if you go up in size), but they can instantly dress up a room and really make the space feel unique and special.
