Perfect Night In is a series where we ask actors, artists, entrepreneurs, and beyond how they’d spend the ultimate luxury—a blissful evening at home.

Jason Wu, the fashion designer known for capturing the fierceness and power of femininity, has dressed the likes of Michelle Obama and Reese Witherspoon, among others. But starting today, he brings his eye for impeccable design into the home space.

Wu has teamed up with Interior Define to launch a collection of sofas, accent chairs, and ottomans described as “mid-century-modern-inspired pieces” that are entirely customizable, with customers getting to choose between 60+ fabrics, two wood finishes, and multiple lengths.

Browsing Wu’s new array of upholstery, we wondered: how does he spend a night in lounging on his own sofa? So, we asked the designer how he’d mold his perfect night in at home.
