Add Jenna Fischer’s Favorite Mug To Your Holiday Wish List

If you’re an avid collector of artisan-made mugs, then you need to turn your attention to actress Jenna Fischer’s Instagram feed. “The Office” star posted a photo showing off what “morning coffee” looks like at her house, and the mug she’s holding is a piece of art.

Fischer tagged the mug as a piece by RBD Pottery, a husband and wife team from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Rachel and Jamin make each ceramic piece on their site themselves, and each one is inspired by nature — including the Clementine Mug Fischer has.

The fruit-themed mug is hand-thrown from creamy-white porcelain clay and each mug is hand-painted and hand-carved before being finished with 22 carat gold accents and a glossy, dishware safe clear glaze.

As of right now, the Clementine Mug, along with all the other RBD Pottery mugs on the duo’s site, is sold out — but if you like what you see, you’re in luck. According to an Instagram post shared on Dec. 4, a shop restock is happening Dec. 9 at 9 pm ET.

“We update and restock our website once a month and it usually sells out very fast, most items in the first 5 minutes,” the RBD Pottery website reads. “With both of us working full time we are able to make about 100 items per month… It takes several weeks to throw and decorate the pottery we make. Then we have to dry each piece out completely before kiln firing it 2-3 times. At that point we photograph our work and update our website.”

So if you want to get your hands on Fischer’s beloved Clementine Mug or something else, set an alarm and act fast.
