14 Ways Command Strips Can Make Your Kitchen More Organized
We all know about 3M Command products by now, and their line of adhesive strips and hooks that you can stick anywhere and later remove without damaging walls. They are game changers for renters or anyone really who doesn’t want to break out the drill when you need a little extra storage.
Here are a handful of brilliant ways you can use them in your kitchen to solve some of life’s little problems and hassles.
1. If the space underneath your sink is a little out of control, hang up your cleaning supplies on the sides. Reichel of Copy Cat Chic gave her cabinet a mini-makeover and it’s now sparkling and organized.
2. If you’ve got pretty pot holders, make them part of your decor by hanging them on adhesive hooks on the backsplash for a spot of color. Bonus: no need to go rooting around in a drawer for an oven mitt when your cooking timer goes off.
3. If you have one of those trash cans that sucks up plastic bags, CNET recommends sticking a Command hook on each side to keep the liner in place instead of sinking down into the bin.
4. Use hooks to hang pots to grow herbs for your own kitchen garden. It’ll them off the counter and be able to take full advantage of the window light.
