We Just Want to Take Another Look at Lady Gaga’s $18M NYC Townhouse
You’ll be off the deep end for Lady Gaga’s Manhattan townhouse, which is currently on the market for $18 million. Little monsters could chip in for the price if they’d like, as it could hold quite a few of her fans at 11,000 square feet and six floors, five bedrooms, and a casual 12 bathrooms.
Stefani Germanotta, obviously more commonly known by her stage name Lady Gaga, is reportedly the only person to have ever lived in the home in at 357 W 17th Street in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood.
The townhouse (or apartment or mansion or Gaga Palace—whatever you choose to call it) has more perks than you could dream of. We’ll start with the glass case that’s actually a two-car garage, currently home to a yellow Ferrari. Then there’s the climate-controlled wine room that can fit 480 bottles, and a spa with a resistance pool, plus a home theater with stadium-style couch seating (we could imagine cuddling up to watch Jackson and Ally’s tragic love story unfold).
There’s a glass elevator, a kitchen equipped with Saint Laurent marble countertops, a DaVinci fireplace, a chandelier from one floor that drops into the next floor, and your typical free-standing tub in the master bathroom. There’s also a library, 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, and a landscaped rooftop with views of the Empire State Building, Highline and Hudson Yards, where we’d be playing Poker Face on loop.
