We’ve made it through the thick of winter, and the first signs of spring are finally here. The grass is starting to get a bit greener, trees have flower buds on them, and there’s a warmth in the air. Now’s the time when you might be doing some spring cleaning and getting rid of old items you no longer use. And with this latest drop from Le Creuset, you’re definitely going to want to make room for some new pieces.

Le Creuset’s spring collection is back, and it features adorable pieces in a range of spring colors and floral designs that are sure to bring a pop of color to your kitchen — including the beloved Signature Petal Braiser. This braiser is so cute that you’ll be finding excuses to use it for everything!

The Signature Petal Braiser has an embossed petal design on the lid that is inspired by the French anemone flower, and comes in a beautiful array of colors to match your favorite spring blooms. Returning fan-favorites are Shell Pink, Shallot, Sea Salt, and White, while new additions include Peche (last year’s color of the summer), Berry, and Coastal Blue.

Just like all other Le Creuset products, the Signature Petal Braiser is made from enameled cast iron to give you even heating and cooking results every time. It’s also very durable; it’s resistant to scratching, dulling, and chipping, so you can rest assured this showstopping piece will look beautiful for years to come. (There’s a reason why everyone loves this iconic cookware brand.) Plus it’s dishwasher-safe, oven-safe up to 500°F, and can be used on all cooktops. The braiser retails for $300 in all colors aside from the stunning Berry, which retails for $345 (and is currently out of stock).

While it’ll do a stellar job at braising meats and vegetables, its shallow shape also makes it great for frying, steaming, and baking. Because it’s so beautiful, you might just find things to serve in it, like a big classic Caesar salad

Easter is right around the corner as well, so you could use it to make these delicious braised short ribs. Or if you can’t wait to break it out, make one of our most popular stews and braises to keep you warm and cozy until spring is fully in swing.

There are also loads of other cute items in the collection, including these Traditional Flower Dutch Ovens. Add a floral touch to your weeknight dinner, and make one of our favorite cozy Dutch oven dinners, like Guinness beef stew or chicken and dumplings

If you’re not totally ready to splurge on a big purchase, start out with this sweet set of five Mini Flower Bowls. They’re currently out of stock, but we hope they’ll be back soon! You can use them to serve your favorite dips on a charcuterie board or favorite snacks for a cozy girls’ night in. Any of these items would make a wonderful Mother’s Day gift as well (which will be here before you know it).
