Leonardo DiCaprio’s Former Silver Lake Home Sells for $3.4 Million

If we’re talking about things we’d “never let go” of, Leonardo DiCaprio’s former Silver Lake compound would certainly be one of them. But alas, DiCaprio did let go of the property some time ago, and it was just snatched up by a new buyer with excellent taste and $3.4 million to spare. 

Measuring 4,006 square feet, Leo’s former Spanish-style home is tucked up in the hills of the uber-cool Silver Lake neighborhood. Originally built in 1931, the four-bed, five-bath home has been extensively remodeled to preserve its tremendous history while being fully updated for the modern resident. A gated entry courtyard serves as the perfect welcoming to this charming estate, set back from the street for the perfect level of privacy. Step inside to the dramatic living room, where exposed beams cascade overhead.
