Job hunting can be brutal. The workforce has also transformed and adapted in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. After a brief hiatus in 2020 to re-examine the new world of work, LinkedIn published its fifth annual LinkedIn Top Companies list for 2021. With methodology that contains seven essential career progression pillars (ability to advance, company stability, external opportunity, and gender diversity among them), LinkedIn compiled a list of the best 50 companies in the U.S. that have helped employees build a professional foundation for success at the company and beyond. 

LinkedIn’s insights also include full-time employee headcounts, top locations, fastest-growing skills, and the most in-demand jobs. The report hopes to assist professionals at every stage of employment, “from those who are looking to get back on their feet after an unprecedented year to those who are ready to make the next step in their career journey,” the report reads.
