LoveShackFancy’s New Wallpaper Collection Will Make Cottagecore Dreams Come True

If you’re not familiar with the cottagecore trend, let me give you a brief rundown. Taking social media by storm throughout 2020, cottagecore is essentially a romanticized interpretation of rural agricultural life. The popular aesthetic is brought to life with fancy florals, botanical accents, and a sense of escapism to everyday modern life, cottagecore is still thriving, so if you’re a fan of the wholesome trend, you’re in luck.

Earlier this month, LoveShackFancy, a Manhattan-based brand that’s inspired by vintage finds and embraces unabashed femininity and strength, released their brand new wallpaper collection that’s every cottagecore-lover’s dream.

The ethereal range, which was created in partnership with A-Street Prints, features a range of nostalgic prints that will add character and charm to any room in the house.

In an interview with The Zoe Report, LoveShackFancy’s founder and director, Rebecca Hessel Cohen, spoke about the inspiration behind the new collection.

“It is inspired by the charm of old houses in the English and French countryside where the curtains and wallpaper match the bedding, bed skirts, and pillows. To create this, we delved into our own archive of our forever favorite prints,” Cohen said.

The collection comprises of six delicate designs with a mixture of florals and bows, and each design is available in either pastel pink or baby blue. Each roll retails for $140, and measures 20.5 inches wide by 33 feet long.

The range includes the “Blooming Heirloom” wallpaper in the color “Blue Romance”, a floral striped paper with climbing blue rose vines that have been shaped by woven ikat detailing. Another standout design, “Baby Bow” in “Faded Primrose”, is a “LoveShack favorite” and features a pattern of pink bows looped together by delicate ribbon.

In addition to the whimsical wallpapers, LoveShackFancy’s home collection also features a new bedding range, adorned with the same pretty prints, allowing you to transform your sleep space into the ultimate cottagecore oasis.

The bedding lineup includes a stunning collection of pillows, shams, quilts, and sheets complete with four different hand-painted prints. Again, the collection is available in pink and blue hues, firm favorites among LoveShackFancy, and items are priced between $75-$300.
