This Home Decor Collection Has Zara Home Vibes — but for IKEA Prices

Another Spain-based, trendy fashion retailer is getting into the home decor game stateside. Any guesses? If you said Mango, then you’d be right. The Barcelona-based brand just launched a new line of home decor essentials inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle their company embodies, and get this: Prices start at just $6!

After soft launching last April with their first foray into home, the company is back with even more products this time around. The fairly neutral colored, unfussy offerings span the categories of living room, bedroom, and bathroom and center primarily on textiles like bedding (sheets, duvet covers, blankets), towels, pillow covers, and table linens. Curtains and bath mats are also available as well as living room accessories like coasters and kitchen accessories like baskets and aprons. Similar to what you can also find at Zara Home, Mango Home also has a homeware category that consists of robes, pajamas, house dresses, and the like. Beach towels are the only real outdoor product available in the range so far.

With no furniture or decorative accent offerings just yet, bedding might just be the strongest category to shop from right now. You can find premium linen duvets and cotton sheets alongside bedspreads and blankets in various materials. Sheeting is sold a la carte, so you don’t have to invest in a top sheet or pillowcases if you won’t use them. Plenty of colors are available, too, if you want something a little bit more exciting than white or beige. Cushion covers and bath towels are tied in second for me; you can find an assortment of styles for well under $50, making these pieces very budget-friendly for a seasonal refresh.

Which brings me to Mango Home’s current featured collection: Stripes! You can find classic, two-tone cabana stripes on everything from the above mentioned beach towels to duvet covers and cushion covers. Mango might be based in Spain, but these prints in these colors — white and lemon yellow, in particular — are giving me total Capri and Amalfi Coast vibes. It still makes sense for that Mediterranean lifestyle connection, and I’m going to add Mango Home to my list of places to check for new offerings on the regular. I think you should, too!
