You Can Get Your Own Metal Tree Plant Stand Just Like Martha Stewart’s

On July 13, Martha Stewart posted a few photos of the antique iron plant holders she has located around her property. These plant stands can be mounted on the wall and look like silhouetted trees with houseplant foliage. Stewart used to sell a new version of these iron plant holders on her online store and through QVC, but they’ve seen sold out.

Luckily, there are a few different models out there that look exactly like Stewart’s antique version.

“I found several of these hand forged iron trees which were fashioned in the 19th century as plant holders,” Stewart captioned her post. “Positioned on the clapboard siding of my farmhouses, these ornamental devices are pretty but also useful.”

Stewart’s version of the antique trellises sold out and they’re super hard to find. But Target sells a similar plant holder through its Plow & Hearth brand. This one features green-tinted leaves and four spots to place pots during the spring or pumpkins in the fall.

Etsy is another great place to look for these iron trees. This smaller-scale tree from NewEnglandMetalArt on Etsy is the perfect size to hold up to 13 pots of herbs or small houseplants. And it comes with pre-drilled holes to make for easy installation.
