You Would Never Believe Me if I Told You That These Mouthwatering Chocolate Chip Cookies Were Gluten Free

Thanks to my former career as a pastry chef, I am extremely picky about baked goods. I usually make all my own donuts, pies, cakes, cookies — you won’t find any store-bought sweets in my house. The one exception? Famous Amos. Somehow those little chocolate chip cookies melt perfectly in my mouth while still maintaining their crunch. I’ll admit I’ve eaten a bag, or five, in one sitting. This women-owned baking brand is a pioneer in the world of alternative foods, churning out multiple delicious cookie flavors (and other delectable items like brownie or pancake mixes) that are certified gluten free, vegan, non-GMO, and free of nine common allergens. They carefully source Fair Trade-Certified ingredients and meticulously develop recipes to deliver scrumptious and well-executed products. While Partake has a vast array of inclusive and restriction-free options — think Birthday Cake Cookies and Blondie Mix — the sweet treat you really can’t miss is the delicious (aforementioned) Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookie.

I can promise you, although this cookie is free from wheat and animal products, it does not skimp on flavor. Made without the gums or emulsifiers that result in synthetic-tasting GF options, these cookies achieve that perfect melt-in-your-mouth to crunch ratio. Even dunking these cookies in milk (or almond milk!) doesn’t diminish their crunch. Let’s put it this way: After watching me devour these delectable morsels, my entire family is now Partake fans even though I’m the only one with dietary restrictions.

I’ve “accidentally” eaten a whole box of these over the course of 48 hours not once, but twice in the last ten days (my boyfriend is still mad I didn’t save him any… ). Plus, I love how affordable these divine treats are in comparison to other allergen-friendly options. At just 14.99 for three boxes, you’re getting roughly three cookies for a dollar.
