A stunning Los Angeles estate that various celebrated names have called home over the years is now on the market. Among the home’s famous residents are iconic actress Elizabeth Taylor, NBA player Carlos Boozer, Rockstar energy drink creator Russ Weiner and renowned musician Prince, who routinely put on concerts while living on the property. The asking price for the storied Hollywood Hills mansion is $30,000,000.

At 18,401 square feet, the palatial dwelling in the Hollywood Hills has undergone several expansions since it was originally built in 1953 by contractor Hal B. Hayes for a relatively modest $600,000, which would be valued at $5.813 million today, as Architectural Digest notes. The residence sits behind a gate and has all the fixings and trimmings of a not-so-humble star’s abode, including city and ocean views, a pair of vacant lots and a guesthouse.

The first property at 1235 Sierra Alta Way has 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Dark hardwood floors accentuate the entire first level and pair beautifully with the Mediterranean-style architecture. The rest of the home has carpet and marble flooring. The amenities are on par with what you’d expect from a superstar’s home: a fireplace, a wine room, a gym and indoor sports court, a tennis court that overlooks the city, a ballroom and a pool with a grotto and swim-up bar and a 4-car garage.

The second property at 1255 Sierra Alta Way is much smaller but surely guests will find the accommodations just as glamorous. The 3,300 square foot Tudor style home has three bedrooms with 20-foot high ceilings to enhance the elegant, light-filled space. In addition to an envy-inducing gourmet kitchen, the home also has top-notch amenities of its own: a den, a spa, a pool and bar and billiards room, along with a 2-car garage.
