Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: My name is Tracey, and I live in Virginia with my husband of 25 years, Reggie. We are a retired military family family and currently have our 8-year-old granddaughter living with us due to the pandemic. My home is a reflection of who I am—I’m a plant mama who loves to incorporate her plants within her style aesthetic, and I love art and color but lean more toward the earthy, warm palette.

Describe your home’s style in 5 words or less: A global, bohemian, eclectic, warm home

My home is a space that reflects my culture and places I’ve lived. My warm earthy palette shows throughout my home and my plants represent the colors of nature. I want you to feel warm and cozy in my home.

What is your favorite room and why? My favorite room would have to be my sunroom. (“The Garden of Eden.”) It is my calming relaxing space full of my favorite things: plants!

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? I just redid my master bedroom so I guess it would be this comforter I got from Urban Outfitters. I just adore the warm earthy color.

Any advice for creating a home you love? You don’t have to follow the trends to have a fabulous home. Have a space where your life and loved ones reside and fill it with things that mean something to you.
