Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: It is my first home and I filled it with love and art little by little. When I bought it it was old and ancient, what captivated me was the natural light. I remodeled it to make it modern and cozy. We lived for three years with my partner until we decided to move to Mexico. Today we rent it to travelers and we love that they can feel at home.

Kitchen

Both my partner and I love to paint and the paintings are created by us. I am a holistic psychologist and I like to feel connected with my spiritual world and the synchronicities, which is why the furniture is from antique stores, gifts from friends, and pieces designed exclusively for each space so that it was used to the maximum.

Room

Describe your home’s style in 5 words or less: Cozy, peaceful, luminous, and relaxing. Warm colors, contemporary art, indoor plants, light, freshness, and magic.

Balcony

What is your favorite room and why? The living room and the balcony are my favorite parts because magic happens there, deep conversations, my tarot sessions, meditations, afternoons of painting, games and the connection with the sun and the moon.

Working space

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? The desk chair and the coffee table. We exchange them with my sister so they are very special to me.

Kitchen bar

Any advice for creating a home you love? First, visualize your house as you want; I did it with magazine clippings, internet images and I let myself be inspired by my surroundings. Then I made a list of furniture and step by step I was getting them according to my taste and functionality. The most important thing was to enjoy and have fun in the process to achieve the result I expected. Today I feel grateful and happy for my house.
