Here’s Your First Look at Target’s 2021 Holiday Collection, and Pieces Start at Just $2
‘Tis the season… for holiday collection unveilings! Today Target is revealing its 2021 holiday home collections, which this year, along with their classic Wondershop offerings, also includes their Opalhouse designed with Jungalow line in partnership with designer Justina Blakeney, their Threshold brand designed with Studio McGee, and Hearth & Hand with Magnolia.
Though each of the exclusive brands has its own look and feel, you’ll find pillows, decor, candles, giftables, and more all aimed at evoking holiday nostalgia. In true Target fashion, you can expect great deals, too. Items start at $2 and go up into the hundreds for major pieces of decor and furniture.
If boho style is your thing, then Opalhouse designed with Jungalow should be your first stop for shopping to carry that free-spirited, vibrant look into your space for the winter. Many of the Opalhouse items launched online yesterday, and you can expect 80 new pieces to land in stores by Halloween across the categories of mantle decor, wall decor, textiles, and more, with prices starting at $5 and most items under $30.
“For the Opalhouse designed with Jungalow holiday collection, I wanted to help guests create a warm, cozy and vibrant space that offers good vibes during the winter months as well as fun, festive, non-traditional holiday pieces that work for everybody, no matter how you like to celebrate,” designer Justina Blakeney said in a press release about the launch. Her favorite items from the collection include a dove menorah and a tasseled tree garland, and the range includes 14 other products for Hanukkah as well.
The Threshold designed with Studio McGee line also has launched online and will be available in stores by October 31. You can expect the classic, traditional styling this brand is known for, with more than 70 new items including dinnerware, faux greenery, decor, pillows, and more. “The Target Threshold designed with Studio McGee holiday collection is all about helping guests spread cheer throughout their homes,” designer Shea McGee said in a press release about the line. “With rich and inviting warm tones, a touch of faux greenery and winter scents, I hope the collection inspires guests to cozy up with their loved ones this holiday season.”
Prices for this range start as low as $12. McGee herself is partial to the olive and eucalyptus wire wreath as well as the chunky knit throw in burgundy.
The 2021 Hearth & Hand holiday collection with Magnolia, which also launched online on October 10 and will be in stores at the end of this month, is all about family togetherness and the joy of giving. Looking to holiday seasons past for inspiration, Joanna Gaines translated her farmhouse modern style for the holidays once again across serving pieces, home accessories, greenery, and giftables big and small (yes, there’s another chic dollhouse in this collection).
“Part of the joy and nostalgia of the holiday season is creating a festive space that encourages warm memories and helps start new traditions,” Gaines said in a press release about this holiday line. “Whether baking with your family or hosting friends for a holiday brunch or dinner, this holiday Hearth & Hand with Magnolia collection — available exclusively at Target — was designed to help make the season joyful, meaningful and something we can all celebrate.”
Target will also be bringing back its value decor line, Wondershop, as well as their collaboration with Sugar Paper on seasonal wrapping products and trim. Select items from these ranges are available to shop now, with the full holiday assortment launching on Target.com on October 31 and rolling out in stores starting November 1.
