If spending more time at home hasn’t inspired you to try your hand at a new creative hobby yet, maybe Target’s new brand will… and with zero judgment on whether you become the next Picasso or Matisse, for that matter. Meet Mondo Llama, the latest member of Target’s over 45 brand-strong portfolio and one that’s focused on arts and crafts products for kids and adults alike.

Launching today online and in stores — and with most items rolling out in stores by end of March — the nearly 400-piece assortment features everything from paint sets and canvases to crafting supplies and drawing kits at affordable prices. Seasonal craft and DIY offerings will be available, too, and of course, there’s a tie-dye kit in the mix, since tie-dye has been such a big trend as of late. For portrait and figurative projects, the line was also designed with an inclusivity initiative in mind called “Hues of You,” which is a 24-shade skin tone color palette that’s available across items such as colored pencils, markers, crayons, and paints.

Mondo Llama’s packaging is just as bold and vibrant as what you or your family might create with the products. Target actually commissioned a diverse group of global artists to create over 70 pieces of artwork for the items’ labels. It’s always nice to see emerging artists’ work uplifted this way, but these pieces are just that: inspiration. The sky’s the limit for what you choose to create from any kit or material. Any project product that features steps or instructions, though, is easy enough for beginners, so you don’t have to have much crafting experience to find something that will spark joy for you in this assortment. The line is all about having fun and getting creative recreationally, though the materials are high-quality enough for some more serious artists, too.

Pricing starts at $1.75, and most items are under $25. It’s never too late to embrace your inner artist, and this collection just might make doing that a little more affordable and easy, particularly if you’re already shopping at Target for groceries or otherwise.
