Think: beautiful and minimalist clocks, blenders, kitchen scales, and more, that he largely designed for Braun. He’s known best for his 10 principles of product design.

Eames is of course one of the most iconic postwar furniture designers in America. This book, by Naomi Stungo, covers his work.

Ai Weiwei is a famous political activist and artist and this book follows his career.

Swift is famously fond of Ralph Lauren sweaters, and plaid has been a huge Easter egg.

This book explores the Russian avant-garde during the early post-revolutionary years of 1918–1922. Marc Chagall was a famed painter who died at 98 in 1988, and is known for many of his paintings depicting dancers and other show scenes. This volume features 250 works and documentary items from Vitebsk, Chagall’s hometown in Russia.

This book is a retrospective of American advertising in the ‘90s — and I’m so curious to see how it’s reflected in Swift’s new album.

Corban noted in her video that artist Ellsworth Kelly, who is highlighted on the shelf in a green book, is known for one of his paintings called “Broadway,” which happens to be orange — a seeming nod to the album’s green and orange colors.

The one exception is the Gucci: The Making Of book. While I found a version of it that’s affordable for the average person, it’s important to note that Swift’s version is a hand-tacked, handmade version sold by the bms for $320.
