West Elm’s Adorable Bat-Shaped Halloween Candy Bowl Flew Out of Stock Last Year — Get It Before It’s Gone
I know, I know — bringing up Halloween in July is so not cool. But before you run to the comments, know that I’m doing it for a good reason. Why? Well, one of the season’s favorite decor items is finally back in stock and I couldn’t let you miss out on it! That’s right, I’m talking about the Ed Emberley Bat Candy Bowl.
Halloween decor lovers will recognize this West Elm candy bowl from last year. A part of the brand’s adorable Ed Emberley Halloween line, the collection is home to everything from adorable candy bowls to pillows, platters, and more Halloween must-haves. However, there’s a good chance that this bowl (and most of the collection) might have been something you only saw last year as it almost instantly sold out (Doesn’t seem so early to be bringing this up now, does it?) Before you click “add to cart,” let’s chat a bit about this candy bowl.
What is the Ed Emberley Bat Candy Bowl?
Made in collaboration with children’s author and illustrator Ed Emberley, this sweet bat candy bowl is an annual favorite for good reason! Made from water hyacinth in a black finish, the design is inspired by the characters in Emberley’s book How to Draw Monsters and More Scary Stuff. Complete with two giant eyes and two fun, fluttery wings, it’s sure to become a favorite part of your annual Halloween setup.
This candy bowl retails for $49, with an equally as cute spider version also coming in at the same price. If last year was any indicator, neither of these bowls are going to last long, so be sure to snag one while you can. I promise, you’ll be thanking me come October.
