Things we love about this property crush:

This house is love at first sight. The sprawling blue beauty, built in 1957, is set among a lush lawn with big, shady trees.

Step right up along the paved brick walkway. (Now, don’t forget to notice those lovely shutters wrapped around that big window!) Just walk through that punchy green door and… you’re in! You’re greeted with the dining room—a huge space you could easily use for whatever your heart desires (A game room? More living space? More living space and a bar?). A short hallway houses a built-in desk that’s both adorable and functional.

Next up: The kitchen equipped with modern appliances, open shelving, a farmhouse sink, wine refrigerator, herringbone backsplash, and marble countertops. It’s white, bright, and ideal for cooking. There’s even a sweet little breakfast nook! It opens to a large bonus room with built-in cabinetry and loads of hidden storage. You can even use it as a fourth bedroom if you need it.

The kitchen also opens to a living area that works well for a spacious den. Put a pretty L-shaped sofa and your TV in there and you’ve created a perfect space to entertain and watch television while cooking.

Three bedrooms make up the home, all with plenty of space and one with pretty pink wallpaper—keep it if you can. The master is large enough for a king bed and sitting area. The closet has shelves, drawers, and space galore—it’s true Texas when it comes to size. You could probably even live in it! The master bath has loads of drawers for storage (in a fun blue hue) and a massive walk-in shower. The second bath has marble-like countertops and a tub.

The home features a dreamy screened-in back porch (currently with two stylish hanging chairs). It’s set next to a brick patio that stretches out upon a big backyard. There’s a cute storage shed, a privacy fence, and lovely landscaping.
