Is there any compliment better than you smell so good? Rhetorical, of course — there’s not! And when it comes to having someone over to your home, greeting your guests with a home that just smells great is the ultimate gift. One simple way to do that? Turn on a candle warmer to gently imbue your space with the scent of your choice. And if you’re ready to lean into fall, Aldi has just the thing for you: an adorable wax warmer in a trio of autumnal designs.

If you’re trying to avoid having an open flame or you just don’t have time to learn about the intricacies of how to burn a candle the right way (and avoid tunneling), a wax warmer is an elegant alternative. Similar to a candle warmer, these wax warmers use small incandescent bulbs to slowly heat up the wax and release its aroma. But unlike a candle warmer, these call for wax melts, which also means you can swap out the melts (and the scent) whenever you want, rather than having to burn down a full candle.

These wax warmers from Aldi are going for $9.99 and would look cute just perched upon your countertop or bookshelf as little tchotchkes — but they just so happen to make your home smell wonderful, too. They come in three styles: an elongated, white iridescent pumpkin; a stack of candy corn-colored mini pumpkins (dark orange, light orange, and white), and, maybe my favorite, an olive-green mushroom with a white base.

They have the kind of fall decor that can gracefully age from early fall all the way through Halloween and Thanksgiving, and with their good-smelling powers, they make an excellent host gift, too.

If you can’t make it to Aldi, though, there are other cute options on the market. This pumpkin-shaped ceramic warmer from ScentSationals has a 4.8-star average rating from nearly 400 reviews, and if you’re looking for something a little more subtle, this minimalist warmer from Target would be perfect for fall when paired with these tiny pumpkin wax melts.
