I Had No Towel Storage in My Tiny Bathroom Until I Found This “Gorgeous” $27 Solution

When I was decorating the bathroom of my new apartment, I did all of the pretty stuff first. You know — picking out a floral shower curtain from West Elm, finding a sage green bath mat to match, putting a few pieces of art on the walls.
