A Brooklyn Apartment Where Happiness Happens
Name: Vincenzo & Alexandra Location: Park Slope South, Brooklyn, New York We bought this top floor apartment six years ago. It was the first we saw and we stopped searching; we fell in love with it right away. We had found what we were dreaming of: light, quiet, new construction, big rooms, and an amazing outdoor space. A place where we could raise a family, have breakfast and supper al fresco, throw sunset cocktail parties and grow plants, trees and an herb garden.

Before & After: Modernizing a Gold Coast Kitchen
Moving from NYC to Chicago we were pleased to find a neighborhood that felt very New York in the Gold Coast. Giving up life in NYC was sad for us, but living in Chicago offered the opportunity of a larger apartment and this apartment specifically offered amazing views of Lake Michigan. A virtual blank slate, the apartment had not been updated in over 30 years.
